We know bodybuilders are very clean to eat with lots of diets lean protein and carbohydrates, as well as for research as "in perfect health" with our impressive ripped abs and muscular. We eat our oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, and walk proudly with our chicken, rice and broccoli or our flank steak, yam and asparagus, and boast the perfect way, and our meals own and how our food is already "clean" And it could not be improved. But how bodybuilders or fitness enthusiasts are there, even serious, dedicated and educated, those who do not give a single thought to toxic chemicals that might be lurking in our so-called "clean" food? The Food and Drug Administration, a list of over 3,000 chemicals that can be added to our food supply. On the one billion pounds of pesticides and agricultural chemicals are used in our crops each year. Depending on what you cite the source, the average American consumes as much as 150 pounds of chemicals and food additives per year. Does ANYBODY out there think it& 39;s a good thing for you? Did not think so. If you had a way to avoid all those chemicals and toxins, according to you, at least explore it, even if they cost a little more? Although this topic is controversial and hotly debated, organic food is becoming increasingly popular and seems to fit the bill. Food grown on certified organic farms do not contain: Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, hormones, antibiotics or chemical fertilizers Nor is it: Irradi s or genetically modified Beyond the "certified organic" label, beef and grass free-range chicken (and eggs), have other advantages. Not only can there be tons of antibiotics, hormones and other chemicals in our meat, but also commercially raised beef is fed with grain or maize and yet this is not what the animals were destined for consumption. The result-out of sick animals drugged - is a general increase in fat, saturated fat and higher ratio of omega screwed up three to six omega fats, which is a huge problem today even if you think you eat "clean. "Most people accept the idea that" you are what you eat, "but they forget that the animals we eat are what they eat! Finally, and most importantly, the proponents of organic food suggest that vitamin, mineral and phytonutrient content of foods can be grown commercially anywhere from slightly lower virtually absent . So … If organic and grass, or beef and free choice of chicken can help us avoid some of these problems and dangers, I am for it and the additional investment. I started to eat grass beef almost exclusively (except for my occasional steak restaurants), quite a few years ago and began to eat more and more the organic food. I can not say that I eat completely organic. I eat a lot, but not at 100%. If I eat an apple or a few blueberries, and it does not happen to be organic, I do phenomenon outside of it. When you really study in depth the topic of food processing, industrial pollution and commercial agriculture, it may scare you about half to death, but I do not recommend having "alarmist & quot; about him. Sometimes it is the people who live in fear of a disease that are most likely to get. Personally, I am not going to live in a plastic bubble to isolate myself a "toxic world" … Oh wait … Make a bubble ceramics, plastics are really bad for you. Joking aside, the fear of toxins can be taken to the place where fear itself is unhealthy, but the more I study this subject, from a variety of sources and perspectives, the argument does more organic sense to me. I have built my career in fitness based on a natural bodybuilder, which means no steroids or performance-enhancing drugs, so why should I limit myself to explain to other chemicals if I can avoid them? Frankly, I can not say that I noticed any dramatic change in my physique or how I think-at least not yet. I always ate clean and I was a bodybuilder success for many years before I started to consume more organic foods and the grass beef. Somehow, I feel confident about my decision to spend extra money to beef grass, the free choice of chicken (and eggs), and increasing amounts of organic food products, while knowing that I am avoiding toxins and becoming more of the nutritional value I need to support my training and my long-term health. I am sure that this is the kind of change nutritional lifestyle that can accrue benefits in time, even if you do not see an immediate transformation. One thing I would suggest that before you run out of organic fruit and vegetables or grass-fed beef and so on, is to examine what kind of shape your diet and your lifestyle are at this very moment . If your diet is currently such a chaos that you drink a lot of alcohol, smoking, coffee and abuse of stimulants, not even to eat fruits and vegetables ANY begin … And if your idea of lean protein is treated meat meal you get your feet in length subcontractors, then I think it might be a little questionable to worry about whether fruits and vegetables are 100% certified organic or if your beef is grass fed. Just cleaning up your diet and establishing new healthy habits, one step at a time. Focusing on nutrition and improving lives, not perfection. There are very strong opinions on this subject. I am aware of this, and I will not stand on a chair and preach either way. What I have done here is simply to share what I found in my own research and what I decided to do in my own health and fitness specific. My advice to everyone is to become as educated as possible about what is really in your diet, including how it is raised or grown, and continues to look for ways to improve your diet author above the level it is now.
